London, EnglandPosted Nov 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an SDR-oriented process where I was speaking with multiple people—recruiter, an SDR manager, marketing, and an enterprise AE manager.

The feedback I received throughout was positive, and I was even expected to move toward an in-person last step in London.

What soured it was how communication fell apart. After going back and forth on phone issues and exchanging emails, the recruiter stopped responding entirely. There was no explanation afterward, and I was left waiting while my messages and calls went unanswered.

I didn’t get an offer. Honestly, I remember it as a pretty bad reflection of the company—not because the interviews weren’t good, but because the process ended without closure.
