I went into the early stage expecting clear communication, but the experience felt a bit opaque.

I had what was described as a recruiter filter call, followed by a conversation with their manager. The flow was smooth enough, yet I didn’t feel I was given the kind of feedback that would let me understand how I was being evaluated.
