I went through a multi-step pre-interview process that leaned heavily on digital screening, with average difficulty and no coding.

Online application + digital assessment — I completed an online personality/psychometric-style test and/or a general assessment; one process included logic-style aptitude questions and another used short structured testing.
Pre-recorded video interview — I recorded myself answering a small set of prompts with a short response window, using STAR-style structure.
Workplace simulation video format — I was asked to act through scenario-based prompts as if in workplace conversations; I also saw an interview question about diversity that caught me off guard.
