Manila, ManilaPosted Jan 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I encountered a more structured, test-and-interview pipeline where preparation details were shared upfront, but the technical expectations could be implementation-heavy.

Written test (language-specific) — programming and problem-solving questions, aligned to the language I applied with.
Technical interview — concentrated on implementation details rather than broad theory.
HR walkthrough — the HR explained the interview and hiring process thoroughly and even offered guidance on what to expect. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer noted here, but the takeaway was that technical implementation depth and advance preparation were key.
