I progressed through interviews but ended up stuck due to poor follow-up and missing feedback.

Multi-stage technical + client rounds — I cleared each stage after receiving feedback, including at least two or three technical rounds plus a client round.
Final round and then silence — after the last round, communication stopped and my follow-ups weren’t answered.
Recruiter miscommunication / ghosting — in another case, the recruiter made repeated efforts to schedule late and then ignored calls after saying I was a top candidate. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that consistent post-interview communication didn’t seem reliable.
