I experienced Collabera as a recruiter shortlist into a client-run assessment flow, with quick decision-making once I passed the tests.

Recruiter shortlist → client technical panels — The recruiter shortlisted my profile and the technical interviews were run by client panels based on client requirements.
Behavioral → client online test → communications — First a behavioral round, then an online test from the client covering reasoning, computer fundamentals, programming, and data structures/algorithms; after that came a communications round. Outcome: No offer in what I was able to complete, but the process was framed as fast: passing the assessments was what typically unlocked the offer.
