I went through an information-call-style process for a training-and-placement pathway that felt like it stalled, with difficulty perceived as easy.

Initial phone call — I discussed the training program and how placement with a client would be attempted afterward.
Follow-up informational call — I attended another call that was very similar to the first.
Later outreach / scheduling — I was contacted again asking me to schedule the informational call (even though I’d already done it).
Outcome: No further response; I stopped moving forward and concluded they likely decided not to proceed.
