I went through an on-site style selection experience for a software role, where the format included aptitude and speaking evaluation before interviews, but it also felt questionable and demotivating.

Aptitude paper test — I completed an aptitude and reasoning test.
Group discussion — I participated in a discussion to show speaking ability.
Personal/technical interview — I faced a combined personal interview step that included technical evaluation.
Telephonic behavior check — I later completed a phone round to confirm communication/behavior.
Outcome: Not selected; alongside the structured rounds, I felt the overall setup lacked respect for candidates (based on the experience at the “office”/training site).
