BengaluruPosted Apr 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a software/placement opportunity tied to a work permit timeline in Poland, and the overall process took a frustrating turn due to document and joining-pressure issues.

Recruiter interview + document submission — I discussed the project and shared documents for work-permit application, with an expectation of joining within about a month.
Notice-period pressure — I was pushed to resign early because the process was “initiated,” and later updates kept shifting the expected permit date.
Outcome: No sustained outcome; the work permit never arrived as promised and I had already moved on to another job.
