My process started with a HackerRank-style technical screening.

The format was very focused on core problem-solving, and the whole point was to quickly evaluate how strong my coding fundamentals were.

If I passed that, the next step was a live coding session with an engineer where I solved LeetCode-style problems in real time. What stood out was how much they weighed not just the final answer, but the way I explained my reasoning as I worked through the problem.

This round was difficult, and I didn’t end up receiving an offer. Still, the structure felt clear: they were measuring both technical ability and communication under time pressure.
