Cloudflare Software Engineer interview experience

I had an initial HR conversation, then moved through a design interview and finally wrapped up with manager-level interviews. It only took about a week or two for everything to happen.

Even with that fast pace, I didn’t get a sense of ongoing momentum afterward. The process left me feeling like I could easily have been in scheduling limbo, and the lack of clarity made the whole thing feel less like a structured hiring loop and more like a stop-and-start process until the position was filled.
