IrelandPosted Apr 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Account Executive role through a professional, multi-interview leadership process over about two weeks, and I felt the company gave me feedback and maintained a positive atmosphere.

Recruiter call — I had an open conversation with a recruiter who outlined the path and scheduled multiple interviews.
Leadership + peer calls (multiple rounds) — I spoke with several leaders and colleagues across different parts of the org, all in a professional, friendly tone.
Final call with hiring manager — After multiple conversations, the hiring manager called me with the result. Outcome: I got hired; the process felt smooth, structured, and transparent with ongoing feedback between rounds.
