I had an unusually smooth, low-friction interview experience for an Account Executive–type role, with a light structure and an emphasis on communication.

HR/intro discussion — I went through a structured 1:1 format where expectations were clear, and I was able to ask questions.
Conversation-based assessment — I was asked questions that leaned toward my interests (including hobbies) to gauge how I communicate and interact with people.
Problem-solving through conversation — Instead of dense technical hurdles, the process focused on how I approach and explain solutions.

Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that the early rounds were easy and fair, but it still didn’t convert into an offer.
