HungaryPosted Feb 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a quick, well-orchestrated path where each round led promptly to the next and I felt the team genuinely wanted to understand my fit.

Recruiter screen — I connected with the recruiter first and then received clear next steps.
Phone interviews — I completed additional phone conversations.
In-person interviews with management and team — I met people in person; the rounds felt smooth.
Timing + decision — Next steps came within a day or two, and I later received an offer within about a week after the last round. Outcome: I got the offer; the takeaway was that the process felt proactive, organized, and candidate-friendly.
