Ciena Solutions Engineer interview experience

I talked with potential peers and then went through several levels of management, so the conversations centered on job requirements, how I fit the environment culturally, and how I’d operate in the day-to-day.

The logistics were the clearest part: I accepted verbally and then the offer letter arrived shortly after. The whole process took around two weeks. I didn’t experience long technical stress, but I did feel like the process was designed to confirm alignment across different layers of the organization, not just my skills on paper.
