My process began at a career fair, and later I got a call from a recruiter a few weeks afterward.

The first stage was a video-recorded interview focused mostly on personality and work ethic, with nothing technical.

After that, I had a one-on-one interview with the hiring manager, and again it wasn’t technical. The final step was a board interview with multiple people from the company and the hiring manager. I had to prepare a 20-minute presentation covering the company, what it is, competitors, and then I had to be ready for some technical questions as well.
