My first touch with the team was with a recruiter, mainly to make sure I understood the position and the salary.

After that, I had a separate manager interview, and then I met with the team. The whole sequence felt straightforward—each round had a distinct purpose, and I could tell they were building from alignment to deeper evaluation.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process itself felt clear in terms of who I spoke to and why. The manager and team rounds felt like they were probing for fit from different angles, and I remember thinking the structure was solid even if the final decision didn’t go my way.
