I had three rounds, and the format included separate conversations with the hiring manager and the team.

Most of the questions were behavioral—how I’d deal with team conflicts, how I prioritized tasks when things got busy, and how I thought about career goals and growth.

There were also some practical elements mixed in, including questions related to Excel and VBA. The overall difficulty felt manageable, not overly hard, and the tone was more about how I operate than how quickly I could memorize facts. I didn’t find it brutal, and I walked away feeling like I’d been assessed in a pretty realistic way for the job.
