After a recruiter screening, I ended up with a technical interview that leaned hard into how I solved problems and how I’d handled hands-on situations before.

They asked both conceptual questions and scenario-based prompts to see how I approached real-world challenges, and it felt pretty practical rather than theoretical.

A short while after that, I had a hiring-manager round where I was asked to describe a project I’d worked on, focusing on what I did and how I handled it end to end. The overall vibe stayed structured and fairly smooth, and I felt like the questions were directly tied to the business analyst work rather than random tangents.
