My timeline stretched over multiple rounds, mixing in-person and video-based sessions.

I even traveled downtown to meet in person, which made the process feel more serious and real. It took quite a bit of prep on my end, because I knew I’d be going into live conversations rather than only doing short screens.

Across the sessions, I answered multiple questions and kept cycling between explaining my background and how I’d think through the role. The overall difficulty landed around average, and it felt like a straightforward evaluation of fit and capability. I didn’t get an offer, but I left feeling like I’d put in the work and had a fair chance to show up clearly.
