I submitted my resume through the online portal, and the first step was an HR screening call.

That screen focused on my professional background and core skills, and it also touched on motivation for the job, salary expectations, and when I could start. Once that went well, the next stage moved into panel-style interviews.

I ended up with two further rounds: one with a senior manager and another with a director. The conversations felt more structured than the initial screen, and they were aimed at testing how I thought and how I’d fit into the role. The overall difficulty stayed in the average range, but the process was clearly more than just a quick chat.
