I went through what felt like a small, two-round interview focused heavily on my resume and past experience.

The topics were centered on how I work and how well I can understand systems, and it stayed fairly easy and even kind of fun.

The people I met were warm, and I appreciated how the tone stayed friendly throughout. I also liked the actual environment—especially the office location—and it made the experience feel less like an interrogation and more like a conversation.

In the end I didn’t get an offer, but I still felt good about the process. What surprised me was how much the friendly vibe lowered my stress level while still letting me walk through my experience comfortably.
