I had a first-round interview where two business analysts from the team conducted the conversation.

It started with resume screening—mostly questions about my previous work experience and education—and the format felt like a quick but clear way to understand my background.

What stood out was that there weren’t really behavioral questions. Instead, it focused on my career goals and a set of simple technical questions related to the field. Overall it felt like a standard interview process, not something designed to surprise me.

I didn’t receive an offer. Even so, I left feeling like I understood what they were looking for early on because the questions matched my resume and direction.
