CIBC Business Analyst interview experience

I received an email inviting me to interview, and after the interview I was hired within a week. There were two interviewers, both of whom were very nice, and the interview itself felt fairly easy.

The experience didn’t feel like a long maze of rounds. It was more like a smooth path from interview to decision, which honestly made it less stressful.

I ended up getting the role. The reflection I took away was that when communication and timing are aligned, the interview experience feels completely different—even if the questions aren’t what you’d call “difficult.”
