I applied through my CV and the process moved through two HR-based interviews, all online.

After that, I had one technical interview with an Executive Director, which was a more senior-feeling conversation and raised the pressure slightly just because of the level of the interviewer.

The final stage was an in-person assessment centre. It included a group activity, a stock analysis component, and then another technical interview. The whole thing was more intense than the earlier rounds because it combined teamwork with technical work under real conditions. I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the experience felt comprehensive and fairly demanding.
