My interview started in a very specific way: administrative checks came first, covering workplace accommodation needs, eligibility to work in Canada, and consent for background verification.

Once that was out of the way, the core part was a concise, 15–20 minute set of long-answer questions.

I was asked about my interest in the BA role, my past work and education, and how I handled complex problem-solving. Process improvement, time management, and methods for ensuring work accuracy also came up, and there was a candidate Q&A at the end with next steps discussed. The difficulty felt on the harder side at least intellectually—more than just quick behavioral answers—though the structure kept it feeling organized and predictable overall.
