My process was only two rounds, which made it feel efficient.

First I had an HR screening, and then I moved into a panel-style interview with the director of the role I was applying for.

The HR screen was mainly to confirm background fit and get the basics in order, and then the director panel interview focused more directly on evaluating how I’d work in the role. Overall it didn’t feel extreme in difficulty—more like a targeted screening and then a focused final assessment. I didn’t receive an offer, but the structure was clear and the steps didn’t drag out.
