My interview rounds centered a lot on my background and how I presented it.

I got hit with plenty of behavioral questions tied back to my resume, and I had to clearly connect my soft skills to specific experiences I’d described.

The questions also leaned into communication style, and it felt like they were looking for coherence—stories that showed how I’d work with others, not just buzzwords. The process itself was only two interviews, so it moved at a decent pace. I didn’t get an offer, and what stayed with me was how much they wanted my personal communication and teamwork strengths backed up with concrete examples.
