CIBC Financial Analyst interview experience

The interviewer was genuinely helpful and gave me the information I needed as I went along, which made it feel less intimidating. The process didn’t drag out too long—once I finished, it took at least a couple of weeks for the next updates.

What stood out to me was how easy the conversation felt overall, and how well the interviewer guided the flow. It didn’t come across like a high-pressure grilling; it was more focused on understanding my experience and why I wanted the company. I ultimately didn’t get the offer, but the experience itself felt smooth and manageable.
