CIBC Financial Analyst interview experience

After an HR call, I sat down on site with the hiring manager, and the interviews were easy to talk through.

I felt like they focused on my experience more than forcing me into complicated technical explanations. There were technical questions, but they stayed connected to the way I talked about my background and what I’d done before. It was an average difficulty overall, and even though I didn’t get an offer, the format felt balanced rather than confrontational.
