My process was fairly straightforward: two virtual rounds, one with the recruiter and one with the hiring manager.

Both stages used situation-based questions, and there were also questions pulled directly from my resume.

Everything took over two months end to end, so it didn’t move quickly day by day, even though the format itself was simple. I felt like I got a chance to show consistency across both rounds rather than being judged in a single shot. Still, I didn’t receive an offer, and the longer timeline left me waiting longer than I liked for a clear result.
