I only had one round with a team leader and manager, and it was very interview-style and straightforward.

The first part was the usual “tell me about yourself,” followed by questions about initiatives I’d taken in my previous job. They also asked how comfortable I was with Excel and whether I was familiar with Fundserv.

It was a compact conversation, and the focus was clearly on practical tools and my prior experience rather than deep technical theory. I didn’t get an offer, but I walked away feeling like I knew exactly what they were screening for.
