CIBC Business Analyst interview experience

The process felt slow, and I waited about two months to see progress. During that stretch, I went through one interview focused on behavior, where they walked through my resume and asked me questions based on it.

After that, there was a smaller technical follow-up with one to two questions about a project. They also asked whether I’d used Tableau and Excel before.

I didn’t get an offer, and the long wait was the biggest part of the frustration for me. My reflection was that even when the questions are manageable, time and momentum can make the whole experience feel heavy.
