My process started with a recruiter call where I got a clear overview of the role, the company, and what they expected, plus a lot of room for my questions.

After that, I interviewed with product owners who went deeper into the company’s goals and vision and asked about cultural fit along with details from my background.

Then I completed a take-home challenge: building an API for a defined task within a short timeframe, and it only took me a few hours. They also gave feedback surprisingly quickly after I submitted, and the feedback felt detailed rather than vague. The last step was an engineering team interview where we covered the test and talked through knowledge of the tech stack.
