I had a weird start: after my initial interview was set up, I was ghosted, and then they rescheduled me for a new interview.

Eventually I interviewed with a manager in London, and the discussion was mostly general programming questions.

I answered with what felt like reasonable responses, and the conversation itself went smoothly. The only problem was that I didn’t realize they were already uninterested in continuing the process, which made the earlier gap feel even stranger. I didn’t get an offer, and the whole thing left me with the impression that my first set-up wasn’t handled carefully—especially since I was left hanging for around 20 minutes when the session started.
