I went through a really smooth sequence of rounds that felt more like a conversation than a test.

The stages moved quickly, and the people I spoke with were especially friendly throughout.

My path looked like HR first, then a hiring manager round focused on my background and experience. After that, I had a system design interview, and the process ended with a values interview. The overall difficulty felt average, but the tone made it easier to focus on explaining my thinking rather than just trying to “perform.” I didn’t receive an offer, but I left with the feeling that the process was well run and the evaluation was fairly conversational.
