I started with an online technical test, which kicked off the whole process before I ever spoke to people live.

After that, I had a cultural interview with the people team, and then I got an additional conversation with the team manager.

The last part was a technical interview where we talked through my experience, and I also had to solve a problem live with the interviewer. By the end, I felt like the process was designed to check both how I thought and how I fit, with the technical problem-solving being the culmination.
