I went through a recruiter/HR-led flow that felt fairly standard and communication-focused, with multiple back-to-back conversations over about a couple of days.

Recruiter/HR screen — a phone/video chat about my background, motivation, and overall fit.
Onsite: multi-interviewer session — an HR phone screen preceded a long on-site visit (about 4 hours) with an office tour and lunch, followed by several 30-minute interviews blending technical and behavioral questions.
Technical interview — questions that made sense and didn’t feel monotone, designed to check relevant technical understanding.
HR interview — cultural/attitude and fit, including salary-related discussion. Outcome: No offer, but the process felt well-structured
