I interviewed for a Software Engineer role at CGI and the difficulty felt easy-to-average, with a timeline that often moved quickly from an initial screen to later conversations, mostly centered on my resume.

Recruiter/behavioral screen — I had a friendly HR-style discussion focused on motivation, my background, and general fit.
Onsite or in-person round with hiring manager — I talked through my resume and projects; in some cases there were no true technical questions, just skills alignment.
Light technical check (when included) — If there was technical content, it was basic Java/React or general questions from the role’s stack.
Client/project discussion — I reviewed my project work end-to-end, emphasizing delivery responsibilities and explanations.
