PunePosted Oct 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced CGI as an aptitude-first process that ramps up from basics into multiple technical stages, with HR usually focused on fit and expectations.

Online aptitude assessment + basics — I took an online test to check fundamentals.
Group discussion — I discussed topics aimed at evaluating communication and teamwork.
Two levels of technical interviews — I was tested across multiple knowledge areas, with difficulty that increased as I progressed.
Final HR round — HR evaluated personality and how well I fit.
Outcome: Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the process felt typical and staged, but I sensed they were also looking for more specific prior experience than my background matched.
