I experienced a more business-case-and-structured setup where the process was organized and clear on formats, with technical plus a group case element.

Recruiter interview — a quick screening focused on my background and role fit.
Technical interview (with hiring manager) — a coding-style round aligned with my tech stack.
Group business case — a collaborative case discussion to evaluate how I approach a real problem in a team setting.
Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the takeaway is that beyond coding, they evaluated structured reasoning in a group scenario.
