I interviewed in a smooth, friendly setup with one virtual technical discussion and then an onsite round—then the offer got delayed and effectively didn’t land.

Initial HR screening + scheduling — HR called to screen and set up the interviews.
Virtual technical discussion — a half-hour discussion covering technical fit.
Onsite final interview — an in-person round at the Chennai office.
Offer status — after selection, I was told the offer was declined due to the position being on hold, with a lack of communication for about two weeks. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that even after selection, role/position availability can stall things.
