I interviewed for Software Engineer at CGI through a platform experience that felt difficult mainly because the interview delivery quality was poor, with no meaningful feedback.

L1 interview — The interviewer appeared unprepared and mostly read questions without context, often repeating the same items after delays.
L2 follow-up pattern — Even when I performed well, I didn’t receive constructive feedback or any clear follow-up communication. Outcome: I opted out of further interviews, and the takeaway was that repeated lack of engagement/feedback made the process feel not worth continuing.
