I had a faster, multi-round evaluation where rounds stayed technical and focused on my stack and project experience, ending with manager and client-style scrutiny.

Technical round 1 — I discussed my technical stack and projects.
Managerial round — A manager round followed, still geared toward technical understanding.
Client round — A client evaluation completed the sequence.
Potential client reassignment — One part of the process also involved the idea that if selected for one client didn’t work out, the profile might be sent to another. Outcome: No offer reported; takeaway was that the process emphasized technical competence across several stakeholders.
