Oklahoma City, OKPosted Sep 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an intermediate process that included a coding exercise, but ultimately I was rejected without clear explanation.

Initial screen — an early interview call where I discussed my experience.
Technical round with a small panel — multiple participants asked minor tech questions (including C# extension topics).
Coding challenge — I received a poorly worded challenge, implemented it, and returned it within a few hours.
Decision / rejection — after another interview and submitting the completed work, I was told I wasn’t accepted and received no real feedback. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the process lacked transparency and timely feedback.
