Montreal, QCPosted Jun 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a complex, multi-step process that was more about eligibility and compensation logistics than pure technical evaluation.

Compensation/benefits discussion — the process described the compensation package and benefits.
Administrative steps — I was asked for a background check.
Eligibility requirements — for client work in Montreal, they discussed language (French speaking) and legal work authorization details (work permit or permanent resident). Outcome: No offer; the takeaway is that non-technical eligibility requirements can be a decisive gate.
