I had a structured, fairly thorough set of interviews that blended troubleshooting with cloud tooling and ended with a behavioral panel focused on how I support end users.

Recruiter screen — A phone screening covered background, certifications, experience troubleshooting, and cloud technologies.
Technical interview — I walked through a real-world cloud troubleshooting scenario: diagnosing root cause, resolution steps, and how I document work.
Tools covered — Knowledge checks included AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and Windows 10/11 support.
Behavioral panel — I was assessed on communication, teamwork, and providing high-touch end-user support. Outcome: No offer reported; takeaway was that they tested practical troubleshooting plus support
