I went through a more structured process that included assessments and a language-forward HR step, then moved into technical conversations tied to my resume.

Online assessment (SHL) — I completed a timed assessment covering English, coding, SQL, and CS fundamentals.
Technical interview (project-driven) — I was asked mostly about topics from my resume/projects plus some logical questions.
HR round (~15 min) — A shorter HR conversation focused on my fit and background.
Bilingual/English interview — In another similar process, the interviews were in English with preferences around French. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer (in these experiences), but the takeaway is that they check both fundamentals and communication
