Lafayette, LAPosted Apr 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed in an easy, communication-friendly flow that started with an OA and then focused on explaining my approach rather than deep coding.

Online assessment — an OA first.
Technical round — a discussion tied closely to what was on my resume, with observation of my point of view.
Role-play / group exercise (where noted) — one process included a team/group exercise that tested communication.
Project/behavior-focused interview (no coding) — I was asked behavioral questions and about my resume-listed project; there was no coding challenge in that journey. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the takeaway was that confidence in explaining your thinking mattered more than complex coding.
