I went through a structured multi-round pipeline that tested both fundamentals and communication—OA first, then technical and behavioral evaluation.

Online assessment — aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic programming questions (mostly C/C++ or Java).
Technical interview — data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts, with scenario-style problem-solving.
Final HR interview — resume and availability plus behavioral questions.
Four-round similar journey — MCQs first, then a technical interview, a tech-managerial round, and an HR round focused on salary expectations. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the process felt organized and fair with a balanced technical + communication focus.
